Can I return my item ?
Yes, You have 14 days to return any item for a full refund according to the following Return Policy:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and be in original packaging.

Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, perfumes or wear.

Zawadi Collections reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee to any resalable items sent back that do not meet the standards of our return policy.
Can I exchange my Item?

Yes, If you would like to return your item for a different size, send it back to us (customer is responsible for return shipping cost) and we will send back your new item at no extra cost.

Please get tracking with your item as we will not be responsible for items not received.

If you need a completely different item, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
How do I Exchange/Return my Item ?

If exchanging, new item/size needed.

We will send you an approval of return including a return address within 1 business day.

Please note that we do not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
When Can I receive my Refund ?

Once we receive your item that meets our return policy, (all return packages must include original packing slips to ensure processing) a refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method.

Credit card payments will be processed within 5-7 business days after your item has been received.

PayPal payments will be transferred immediately after processing.
I have received an incorrect or damaged item, what should i do ?

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Note: If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue refunds. Please email Info@zawadicollections.com for assistance.
