Can I return my item ?

Yes, You have 14 days to return any item for a full refund according to the following Return Policy:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and be in original packaging. 

  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, perfumes or wear.

  • Zawadi Collections reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee to any resalable items sent back that do not meet the standards of our return policy.

Can I exchange my Item?

  • Yes, If you would like to return your item for a different size, send it back to us (customer is responsible for return shipping cost) and we will send back your new item at no extra cost.

  • Please get tracking with your item as we will not be responsible for items not received.

  • If you need a completely different item, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

How do I Exchange/Return my Item ?

  • Send a return request email to include:

    • Your name and Order #​

    • Name of Return Item

    • Reason For Return/exchange

    • If exchanging, new item/size needed.

  • We will send you an approval of return including a return address within 1 business day.

  • Please note that we do not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.

When Can I receive my Refund ?

  • Once we receive your item that meets our return policy, (all return packages must include original packing slips to ensure processing) a refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method. 

  • Credit card payments will be processed within 5-7 business days after your item has been received.

  • PayPal payments will be transferred immediately after processing.

I have received an incorrect or damaged item, what should i do ?

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Note: If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue refunds. Please email for assistance.
